How an event is mastered

Every scored round you play adds to your collection. Score highly enough on an event and it unlocks: the full teach card, why it happened in that place and at that time, and the sources behind it. Events you have seen but scored below the bar stay in the collection as near-misses, and they are the ones review brings back first.

Why events come back

Seen events are scheduled by spaced repetition: each one returns just before you would have forgotten it, and answering correctly pushes it further out. Reviewing is not scored against the leaderboard — it replays events you have already met, so ranking it would reward repetition rather than knowledge.
