Terra Tempus — Account & Data Deletion

Effective August 8, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Terra Tempus account and the data associated with it. Terra Tempus is operated by Endpaper Labs LLC.

Delete your account in the app or on the web

The fastest way to delete everything is from the client where you already play:

  • Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. If you are playing as a guest the same button reads Delete guest data.
  • On the web, sign in and open Account, then choose Start account deletion. Guest explorers use the same page and choose Delete guest data.
  • Type the confirmation shown; password accounts also confirm with their password.
  • Your account and data are permanently and immediately deleted — this cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you can’t access the app, email hello@endpaperlabs.com from the email address on your account (or include your account email) and ask us to delete your account. We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record, email address, display name, and password.
  • Your gameplay data — rounds, guesses, scores, streaks, mastery, and daily results.
  • Your sign-in sessions and any push-notification tokens.
  • Your friendships, friend requests, and any invite links you created.
  • Any purchase entitlements tied to your account on our servers. We also ask RevenueCat, our subscription-management processor, to delete its customer record. A temporary processor failure does not hold your on-platform deletion open; it raises an operator alert so that external cleanup can be completed separately.
  • Your customer record at Stripe, if you ever subscribed on our website. We do not complete the account deletion unless Stripe confirms that record is gone; if Stripe is temporarily unavailable, the deletion screen asks you to retry and your Terra Tempus account remains in place. A completed deletion therefore cancels a website subscription immediately — including any time you have already paid for, which is the one way cancelling and deleting differ. Stripe keeps the underlying payment and invoice history that we and it are required to retain for tax and accounting.

What we keep

  • Bug reports you submitted are retained for product quality, but anonymized — your account link and email are removed so they can no longer be tied to you.
  • Anonymous, aggregate analytics (no account identifiers) used to understand overall usage.
  • Records we’re required to keep by law, including the payment and tax records for anything you bought on our website, and purchase receipts held by Apple or Google (store-managed — request those through the relevant store). If you have an active store subscription, cancel it in the App Store / Play Store: deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, and you will keep being billed until you do. (A subscription bought on our website is different — deleting your account cancels that one for you.)
